Return Policy:

Finest Femme Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to original payment method.

Items can be returned within 10 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in the store. Items must be in original* condition within the 10 days to receive store credit.  Customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving package  of any damage or return being initiated. We do not perform any exchanges due to our limited quantities.  

DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Make sure to include full name, phone number, and order number in the e-mail.

Please note, returns may take 3-5 business days to process from date of arrival.

When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or polly mailer as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Finest Femme Boutique does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages.

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, contain no stains, no makeup, have not been altered or washed with all original Finest Femme Boutique tags attached.

If we suspect a customer is wearing our pieces and sending them back we reserve the right to refuse service and you will be blocked from our website.
